After it wouldnt work, i waited a couple days and called the help line. They were able to guide me in cooling the machine and testing with water. Fine seems to work but strange that it’s so fragile. Tried to use it again the following day again would not work. Tried the tips for several more days and i tossed it. The reviews are clear this is a poorly designed device. Bought another brand’s frother that works beautiful. This is a serious junk and not value added. Overall wish i had not gotten a nespresso system.

Can only get one good froth in the morning. Never two good ones in a row.

I have yet to get foam from this brother. I use whole milk with a high protein content and warm milk is the result. I bought a machine for a friend, the same one unfortunately, and the same thing happens to them.

I loved this machine at first, even purchased it for friends and recommended it to every family member. Now, I am worried each of them wasted their money. After only a month of use, thorough proper cleaning and use— it no longer froths. It does get the milk warm, but after 1 month, I’ve changed my mind- I would never recommend this product sadly.

Bought the bundle with my vertuo. It stopped working after only having it for 6 months. Called nespresso they said it can’t be used for any other creamer except 2% milk which is ridiculous for the price

I regret buying this. it's not worth the e price only works with 2% milk or whole milk. does not work with almond or coconut milk.

Bought this after having my older model work great for years. Now this new version is terrible. Yields much less foam. Leaves alot of milk in bottom not frothed. And that stupid nipple that sticks up the center where you have to scoop all around it. I hate this thing. Original version rocked. This newer version needs help. Alot

We bought this FOUR days ago. We used to have the Keurig that came with an attched milk frother and it was a dream, but it wasn't a real espreso machine so we decided to switch to Nespresso. Got this frother in the bundle and from the very first use it leaked all over, thought maybe I filled it up too much so I tried again but no matter how little milk you put in there it leaks EVERYTIME. Tried calling customer support and they keep telling me they can't help me because I didn't buy it directly from Nespresso and to just return it to Target. I no longer have the packaging it came with so I can't return, but never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service, I have never had a company tell me they can't help me with their own product, i'm usually sent a replacement or they at least help me troubleshoot it and figure out the issue. TERRIBLE customer service.

This works exceptionally well but ended up smelling terrible. I thoroughly clean between each use but it smells like rotten milk. Incredibly frustrating with how expensive this was.

Broke right after the 1 year warranty date. :( It worked well, if a little small...until it didn't anymore. So, so disappointed.
