Love this frother, works great creating nice froth with half and half. I don’t like a lot of froth, so removed the round wire ring and get the perfect consistency for me. Deducting one star as after just a few uses, started getting a scaled milk spot in bottom of frother. Have tried and not able to remove, and just getting larger.

I have used the frother for couple of years now. all of a sudden, it is no longer generating bubbly milk. We checked the spring, the temperature and nothing works. any advise?

Have only had my Vertuo machine for about 2 weeks but haven’t gone out for coffee even once since — it’s SO good! My only wish is that there were more decaf options — especially in the double espresso pods, as that is my most frequent choice. A doppio HALF-Caf would be great, too! The single shot Altissio Decaffeinato is a little “sour” tasting for my palate.

Excellent but I need another one of those heating/frothing things. This works well and is very easy to use and clean. However the little thing that frothes and heats the milk is very delicate. I for one, need another one because even though I've been very gentle and only hand-washed it appears the device is beginning to dismantle itself. Beware of this. Otherwise highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frother is great, I use it frequently and it does an excellent job of frothing milk. I like how there are settings for hot and cold frothing. The frother has a spinning piece that became loose, however it was a quick fix. I highly recommend, it makes nespresso coffee great!

In need of replacing magnetic coil. Do you sell these as parts?

Bought this a month and really love it. The Aero3 is quick and simple to use with easy clean up. Removing and replacing the coil spring when washing is a bit of a chore but other than that the operation is simple. Best with milks and creme, not so great with almond, oat and other milks

This is a great frother, can work for both hot and cold milk. For hot if you want to make multiple coffees the milk doesn’t come out the same the second time around, which is why I took off one star. But other than that, it’s really great, I love that I can also use it in summer for cold coffees.
