it hardly ever works. I like to froth hot milk for hot cocoa. i heat the milk in the microwave and pour it into the milk frother, press the button and it has only worked once!!!! the first time. Now, all i get is the red button. I have cleaned it and removed all the parts and I am sick of trying to get this stupid thing to work.

Performs like crap after 10 months. Unwilling to replace.

Stopped frothing milk after 3 uses. Machine is brand new. The removable spring/magnetic frother was cleaned appropriately. The electrical system is pristine. I’m not sure how to remedy the situation aside from not buying this item again. Seems supremely unreliable.

Well… I was really excited to receive this frother for Christmas (two weeks ago). It never worked. I thought it was the milk product so I proceeded to buy whole milk, half and half, creamer, oat milk, and heavy whipping cream. This thing did the same with all of the products just made hot milk if it would work at all. I’ve cleaned the coil each time. Hand washed and dried the inside. Stored it off of its base. I’m so bummed by this product. Of course post Christmas I tossed the box.

I used less than 7 times in one year, it stopped working even I took a good care of it. I agree with other reviewers that this is not a good product. Unfortunately I still need this. I purchased the same product. Hope it is working.

This died within 2 months of purchasing and Nespresso will not replace it. They say they will only help me with the warranty if I am a nespresso member. Thanks for that.

Bought this at the end of November 2022 - it's now the end of January 2023 and this machine is the bane of my morning routine. About once a week it will magically froth as it should and my coffee is perfect. But 6 days out of the week, it will just produce warm milk. I've tried every suggestion - switched milks, cleaned with soap, cleaned with vinegar, turned the coil, removed coil and put it back on, even N64 cartridge blew on it in hopes of it working. I have wasted so much milk trying to get this to froth because it won't go again if it is warm! Please get another machine. This one is not it. It's a glorified milk warmer and makes your mornings a bit sadder.

Awful product constantly overflows when used as described!

Stopped heating milk at all after 2 months. Disappointed. Never heated super well. Returned.
