It is definitely worth the price. I like it way better than the Jetson I had, however, my husband will have to take over it because there is no suspension and at first I thought it would be fine but my hands started going numb so I am going to have to get a better fit. Sometimes the motor doesn't kick in and I have to stop turn it off and back on again and not peddle. That could be scary if I was trying to get across the street away from cars... So it gets a 4 out of a 5. I wish it came with more accessories but I will have to add them.

The quality is excellent for the price. I was able to buy two of them (one for my wife) at the cost of what most other similar bikes cost for one. I do suggest you order a suspension seat post to go with it.

This bike is great for the price, the range is decent, i get like 15mi no PAS and like 30mi with PAS. Only complaints were the handlebars were uncomfortable and ended up switching to bmx handlebars with folding stem and kept the folding portability

I bought two of them, one still working pretty good, the other has a derailleur broken, contact them, they responded, but I decided to take it to the nearest REÍ, it was cheap to fix it. So I told them not to send the piece. But even if they send the broken piece; how do I replaced?!? I still have to paid someone to do it!Besides that, bike is powerful and fun to ride

Fun little bike, good range, and priced right. The 4 inch tires felt bouncy and floaty to me, almost like old balloon tires on ATVs so i replaced them with 3 inch dual purpose tires. They fit right on the 4 inch rims and now it handles great in dirt and sticks to the pavement as well. I pretty much put the bike through a torture test, the trails i ride are very rough, rocky with jumps and whoops . The only issue i had is the battery would rattle on impacts, i solved this with a latex glove inside the compartment, i probably could have wrapped some gorilla tape around it as well. My next upgrade will be front suspension forks and BMX handlebars so i dont look like a squid riding around with perfect posture!P.S. Be warned that if you are planning to change the controller settings (to remove the speed limiter for example) the settings options appear to be locked and you cannot access them on this bike.Edit: I posted pics after my upgrades: 3" tires, front suspension forks, hydraulic front brake, Microshift M21 derailleur for more ground clearance, suspension seat post, and bars. First variant was black steel bmx handlebars which i thought looked great but then i switched to aluminum bars and a Mongoose stem which did take some weight off and still look better than the stock bars IMO. All easy upgrades! Just make sure your replacement front forks have the same width at the axle and they should fit, and you may have to cut the fork stem down if it is too long.Edit: I have put 470 miles on the bike with many hard landings and a few crashes (not easy to get much air on a 55 lb hardtail bike, but when you do its not a soft landing) and the bike has held up without issue. The battery still seems to last as long as it did when new.

My bike came with front tire a little less of air than the back tire is it supposed to be that way ?

It has a few glitches. It tries to take when your getting off of bike.

This E-bike is super good, the comfort on the seat is amazing, it’s super soft and you can definitely ride a long time, the battery life is very good, I went about 30 miles on a single charge, I was very shocked. I’ve reached about 22 top speed, it tends to slow you down a lot if you go over but it’s definitely worth it for the money! I recommend this product.

It worked fine for about six months, and then died came back on then died again. Now it won’t work at all keys on batteries, fully charged. Everything works except for the LCD display. Great customer service got back to me right away. Did not leave me hanging respond quick.
