It's great I've had a couple of days, great for riding all over military base, trails, or the city. Speed limiter is set to 20mph not 28 unless your peddling going down a hill. I love it over all, just wish it head more speed sometimesAlso its' super easy to put together yourself, save 100 and do it yourself.

We purchased 2 of these, the black one is perfect but the charger was dead ( Amazon took good care of us). However the Silver one was pretty badly damaged (box was in ok condition) packing caused the derailer bracket to severely bend (had to be some force) Awaiting response from company that Amazon contacted on our behalf, don't want to send the bike back just requested the small bracket replacement, local bike shop will install or attempt to repair if we can't get any satisfaction from the Avantrek. Phone number gives a repeating message. Frustrating as we would like to get out and have some fun together.

Easy to put together, great as a non electric bike but when using the electric part it doesn't always work and has trouble zooming or even throttling at all half of the time. Doesn't always work, mostly sometimes. Be aware the electric part may not work when you buy this.UPDATE: Now the bike does not track the speed that I go. It stays at 0 mph no matter what. All else with the bike works good but it does not display my speed ever.

I love it, it doesn’t go 28 mph like they say but I got it up to 22mph while pedaling which isn’t bad. They should change the title. But overall, decent. I changed the long neck to a short neck for a better ride.

I love this bike I’ve put 84 miles on it in in a week. It only goes 20 miles per hour. I haven’t tried yet but based on my short rides with it I don’t think it’s capable of going 25-50 miles even with pedal assist because the battery drains faster than desired.

My original desire was to get a 1000 W 32 mile an hour product and I made a mistake but this is a fine bike is beautiful it accelerates well no complaints except I really wanted bigger faster hopefully I can make an exchange and somehow make this all correct.

We like the bike, it’s our 3rd E-bike. Unfortunately, we are returning because this bike goes 20 mph, NOT 28 mph as advertised. Our other e-bikes go 25 - 29 mph, and this one topping out at 20 mph is not ideal for our situation.

A week into riding this Ebike and everything is working great. Couldn't hit the 28mph with pedal assist only 22mph, works for me though. Praying that it keeps lasting great, well see
