Got this for my Frozen obsessed daughter. She was soooo bored with it. It's not really fun or much activity. Just solving random problems.

We couldn’t get it works with the app. Cheap quality. Forgot to return it during the time limit and I wasted my money

Didn’t work for my new MacBook Pro 16 inch from 2019 or my 2011 17 inch MacBook Pro. Waste of money especially because Kano has no fix!

I ordered this for my daughter who is obsessed with frozen. I thought that this would be something that she could have so much fun with. When I ordered it, it stated that it was compatible with a Kindle Fire. But obviously not the KIDS kindle Fire tablet. It didn't work for us sadly.

Sadly, I bought this at the Apple Store which has very little flexibility about return dates. I bought this as a gift for a 6 year old who wanted a robot, and is interested in gaming, technology, and starting to code. The kit is easy to assemble, but the software malfunctions every time you try to use the toy/game. We tried it with his Gen 5 Mini iPad (listed as compatible), we tried it with my iMac (new last year), we tried it with my iPad Pro and NONE of them were able to connect and make this work.sadly, we cannot get a refund and I still need to find a birthday present for the little boy.Avoid this product, and I suspect -- their other products, until they get the software kinks ironed out.

Total waste of money. Can’t download the app on any device. Endless loop. Returning.

Doesn't work with all Android devices the software can only be downloaded to certain devices

My daughter opened it, promptly dropped it, and now it's broken and useless. Very sad that it wasn't durable enough to even get to a coding step on the computer.
