This is the cheapest thing anyones ever made. I took 3 people to build from improper building in factory. Nothing fit the instructions are super hard to read. I will NEVER BUY GRACO AGAIN.

I bought this with the hope of a simple set up. Not even two parts in, I realize that the parts that came with it, were broken and bent and just wrong. So this was a big waste of my time and money. Never again will I buy your products.

Brand new swing and is not working! Not recommended for anyone

Cheap and flimsy. Mine broke after barely using it for 4 weeks. And the warranty doesnt cover anything worth having a warranty for. Terrible product, terrible company

After the first 3 weeks the swing started to make a very loud noise. It doesn’t work properly anymore. I see reviews from years ago and they were great reviews. Grace must have changed something that has caused this swing to be absolutely horrible. Not worth the money whatsoever. I’ve had it for 4 months now and wish I would’ve never gotten it.

I was given this for a baby shower gift, and it worked when I initially assembled it, but by the time I tried to use it with my baby in it a couple of months later, it no longer worked. I bought a separate AC adapter and batteries to see if changing either of those would work, but unfortunately it only swings when I manually push it.

I received this as a baby shower gift and my 2 month old loves it. He has an ingenuity swing also but refuses to stay in it, he prefers the Graco swing and so do I. It’s been a life saver up until it suddenly stopped working. I’ve bought 2 different brands of batteries and it still doesn’t work. Won’t work with the plug in either. It was the perfect swing up until this issue. Looks like I’ll be buying another swing similar to this. Disappointed is an understatement.

Wouldn’t recommend at all .I felt like my daughter was sitting on a metal rod while in it the cushions are so thin . Also it started making a loud noise when turned to the highest setting it also lifted off the ground sometimes . Contacted Graco they sent me a new one which was also a bit loud when swinging. But they wanted me to take apart the old one and send it back or they would bill me for the one they sent , Which I never asked them to do or agreed to . So that was a pain . Long story short don’t bother .

The swing worked at first, but now it barely moves with my newborn in it. It also makes a loud squeaking noise when it tries to swing.

Had the swing for less than 4 months and the motor went out . After reading reviews , this seems to happen a lot which is awful when you are paying so much for an item
