We got this swing as a gift first time trying to use it while being plugged in it is over heating and the sounds don’t work it will not sing at all! So disappointed!

I purchased this swing and it broke already!! Have only had it for two months! Not happy with this at all!

We got this swing as a gift but after a few uses the swing began to make a clicking noise and all music and sounds stopped working completely. We were so excited about this swing but then instantly realized that it broke way to easily.

This was a baby shower gift and it was the only swing our baby liked! She wasn’t even 6 weeks old when it just stopped working. Even tried using batteries and it still won’t turn on. I have been manually swinging it for 2 weeks!

Baby's not even born yet. Put this thing together and turned it on, it's SUPER LOUD and the whole structure rocks back and forth with it... I'm afraid to put a baby in here I feel like the whole thing it going to fall over. Oh, and just so you don't get surprised like I was, the mobile doesn't turn... Not like it's broken, like it wasn't designed to turn... so what's the point? I'm beyond mad, this is not a cheap swing, but it works like a piece of garbage. I feel duped...

I received this as a gift on my registry. After two months it stopped working. even after replacing batteries and taking apart to look at wiring. Better off buying something a little more expensive that will actually last.

I literally only got to use it for maybe 30 mins and when the baby actually started to enjoy it. It just stopped working. I’ve changed batteries plugged it in the wall, nothing worked. So don’t recommend.

This mobile and swing does very little to peak baby’s curiosity… no movement, dull colors… can u recommend some that stimulates as they swing. Please, I am so discouraged.

Swing motor breaks very easily and is costly to fix. I would not recommend this unit.

It wasn’t the easiest to put together, it came with poor instructions and I was 9 months pregnant (probably not the best time to try to put together). After I finally got it assembled, I realized you need to put batteries in to make the vibration work and it’s underneath the seat cover that took way to long to put on so I was super frustrated. Once our baby girl arrived, she loved being in the swing and it worked fine for 6 weeks. Now the knob on the top lights up when you turn it on but it doesn’t swing or play music. I’ve tried it both with batteries and plugged in. I am very disappointed. I got this for a shower gift and I threw the box out just last week because it was working just fine. So now I am stuck without a swing or a way to return it. I hope Grace makes this right. I’ve noticed a few other reviews with this same issue.
