We love this swing, we got it at our babyshower, were are about three months into using it and i think the motor is going :( we have to have the setting on 6 for it to even sway a little. Kinda disappointed it didnt hold up longer

Bought this a few months ago and its made horrible clunking sounds since purchase— looking to have it fixed or replaced as I can’t return it.

I feel like this is a great swing for the price but my son did not really enjoy it. I don’t know if I can really blame that on the swing though,

This swing is pretty good. My daughter is 16lbs and even on the highest swing setting the swing does not go that fast. Also very squeaky and music is very low

I will start by saying baby loves this and it gives everyone some much needed rest. As others have mentioned, it does make a loud clicking sound when it goes back and forth. I have tried everything to get it to go away and can quiet it for a bit but it always comes back. The lowest setting is pretty fast as well. We have not even tried anything faster. Make sure you use the seatbelt! Fast forward to today and the swing will not turn on. I have checked all cord, outlets, connections, everything. I am hoping Graco will fix or replace it as it has only been used for around 3 months. I definitely had higher hopes and would only recommend this because of how baby sleeps in it.

My baby does like this swing however it stopped working after the first use (checked the outlet, the connections, etc).

I received as a shower present, but two months in it quit working. My baby loved it while it lasted.

we got the swing and we put batteries first everything ok but afte the replacement starts smoking and smelling like burn plastic, we try the electrical adapter but didn’t work

Purchased for my grandson right before he was born and he is 3 months old now and the vibration box stopped working I dont put him in the swing all the time and he would got right to sleep with vibration on low and if he was having a belly issue I would put on high and he would go to sleep then switch to low and once he was sleeping good I would turn the vibration off

Honestly, I'm a little annoyed with this swing. It's working fine for me but the first swing setting is way too powerful and too high. It causes my baby to startle over and over again, so I don't even use it at this point. The songs that it cycles through are annoying as well - it's loud, upbeat music that sounds too busy, there isn't a nice, soothing lullaby. that would coax your baby to sleep. I wish I could return in at get my money back. I would pass on this one if I were you.
