When first installing the swing it worked great with my newborn. As time as passed the swing feature isn’t as impactful due to the motor and weight of the baby on the swing. It works but it could be better. Currently looking for an alternative.

Would not buy this again. The swing does not support a newborns body well. Its head support is very misleading and has no padding. The straps are hard to bend down and apply when you are recovering from delivery. The mobile does not move. The swing really has only one speed… fast… vibration is a good feature.

Bought this for my grandson, I only used it a few times and the power will not go on with plug and batteries also not working.
