will not prefer to put child in it for more than few minutes. is helpful only in case you need some one to hold baby until you finish up your quick task. the chai was about to fall hanging just on one rod. Baby will sink and sulk in as is the chair's shape and will cry until picked up.

This swing should be discontinued. It made a loud creaky noise immediately upon use always. The noise would wake the baby. Also this swing would lift off the ground on the right side when it would swing towards the left. And my baby was less than 9lbs so weight wasn’t an issue. To top it off it stopped working at 12 weeks and we didn’t even use it for the first 3 weeks. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

This swing swallowed my infant! The seat is huge for a little baby. Even at 4 months he looks so uncomfortable in it! His head was always flopping around and we would tuck blankets into the sides. I ended up buying a nicer one where my baby is in a more laid back position and not so propped up. This swing was a huge waste on money l!

This is a well-designed swing that is ruined by the cheap switch. It feels very flimsy and can be switched to "off" between the different settings. I have also seen the motion of the swing rocking inadvertently move the switch from an "on" position to an "off". There is no excuse for using such a cheap switch on a baby swing.

After one 10 minute use, I thought this swing was the ticket. The second time I attempted to utilize the swing, no power whatsoever. Not plugged in or with batteries. What a waste of space. I had high hopes for this swing as my daughter loved it, when it work the one time.

We loved this swing at first. Then all of a sudden it would work some times but not others. Then right at 3 months of having it, it will not turn on at all.

The mobile is stationary and doesnt spin….whats the point of having a mobile if it doesnt spin to keep baby focused…

Even on the lowest setting it went way too fast for my newborn . He couldn’t use it until he was around 2 months and by then he didn’t like it since he wasn’t used to it. Gave it to my mom for her daycare and it broke within a month .

I got this swing as a baby shower gift and used it maybe 10 times, then it stopped working. I tried all troubleshooting and added batteries to see if it was just the cord, but nothing worked.

Our twin boys love this swing BUT it stopped working after a few months. We have a similar swing made by Fischer Price that's over 8 years old that still works great. I guess you get what you pay for!
