This was our very first baby gift for our baby boy. He absolutely loved it until we put him in it today and realized it just stopped working completely. He is only 4 months old and we didn’t put him in it every day.

DON'T BUY IT! The swing stopped working around 45 days. And since we didn't keep the original packaging, we can't return for a refund. If I could give this swing a no star, I would.

I received this swing as a baby shower gift. The vibration feature on the swing makes a very loud noise and it scared my newborn. So I stopped using the feature. Today my husband put our daughter in it and turned on the vibration again to try it and within 5 minutes she started screaming. When he picked her up, the seat was hot and so was her back. No burn marks on her. Thanks to my husband paying attention as well. Now I don't want to use it at all and have to look at getting a different one. Not thrilled about spending the money but she loved the swing and music.

This is my second time buying this swing.it stopped working . My baby is only 4 months !!!!!! But my baby loves this swing

Received the swing at the baby shower, I was able to use it once plugged in, now there is no power with the cord or batteries. Really sucks too because he was very relaxed in it.

Stopped working in one month after purchase and set up! Highly disappointed!

It just stopped swinging in the middle of use, it powers on and the music works still…

I had another Graco Swing for my first daughter 6 years ago and decided to get another since I remember loving my previous one. I bought it at the beginning of November. We took it out of the box at the beginning of December and here we are in January and we can't get it to turn on via the plug in OR with the batteries put in. I doubt I can return it since I don't have the packaging, but I really don't recommended buying this swing. It sucks since we only got to use it a handful of times

Bought this less than a month ago and it's already broken and doesn't swing.

The swing was great at soothing our baby when he got fussy until it randomly stopped working with electrical power one day about 8 weeks after we got it. We're extremely disappointed by the poor quality after so little time.
