I got this as a gift from my registry but stopped working out of nowhere. I called target and they advised since it was bought off a registry, I have up to a year to return, but it is up to the physical store location to decide whether to issue a return or exchange. I'm checking my local stores and none have this in stock. Wish there was better customer service for items received via Target registry.

After assembly it always needed a “push start”. My newborn baby is under 7 lbs. Swing motor went out in just under 2 weeks of extremely mild and gentle use. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Judging by the look of other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one. Poor experience overall. Model # 2156174. Simple Sway. Manufactured date 12/23/2023.

This is the worst swing ever. It make a really loud clicking noise that can be heard throughout the house when it’s on. I would have returned it to the store, but they required me to ship it back with the box which I threw away.

Baby JUST started liking this swing at 10 weeks old and now it has already stopped working. I wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing. I really hope I can get a refund on this.

Overheated and stopped working used a handful of times.

Had this swing for two months and just stopped working. Bought a replacement cord online figuring that would resolve the issue but it did not.

Lasted 6 months and died.

I received this as a gift for my newborn. We’ve only been using it since May and it’s already stopped working. I am so disappointed because my sweet girl loved it. Now I have to figure out how I am going to afford a new swing on top of the other baby expenses that we have. It seems like many people are having the same issues with this swing. Clearly Graco needs to stop selling it and figure out what is going on.

I bought this for my friend for her baby shower and it turned out faulty it broke after she used it for one month!! We are hoping she can still get a replacement.
