The product does not soak in leaves a grease smear and it doesn’t work at all it’s not rapid

I don't have a sensitive skin, but I can't use it, it gave a severe allergic reaction and now the skin under my eyes looks burnt and red.

After using it before bed, it was still sitting on the surface the next day. I could tell when I washed my face.

Did nothing differ for my skin. Too watered down

I used this product under my eyes for a week and have not seen any difference. Will keep trying.

Does not work

I'm not even sure I received the correct product.

I use nothing but Neutrogena Products and have never had a problem! My eyelashes have been falling out and I have been using this product over a month-no other new addition- Again I am not sure what is causing this but I thought that it was worth mentioning. I have never written a review before.

This product greatly irritated my skin and I had to return. Thankfully, I received a full refund, very quickly.

If I could rate it less than one star I would! This product was a huge disappointment as it was empty upon arrival! The package seemed in tact but I could never get a single use from it & it was certainly very light in weight— I don’t recommend buying it, what a waste of my money 👎
