[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Neutrogena Rapid Firming Peptide Multi Action Eye Cream for a few weeks now and I haven't really noticed any difference around my eyes since using this. It goes on nice, and absorbs well, but no noticable results for me.

This hasn’t helped my under eye circles and bags. It has a nice texture and may reduce laugh lines a little but not enough to keep using.
