[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of Neutrogena Rapid Firming Multi-action eye cream from hometesterclub. The packaging is nice and the dispenser works well. It has a nice light scent. Other then those things, I'm very skeptical on this products claims. My skin feels and looks the same before and after use. Maybe this just isn't meant for me, but I'm not impressed.

I have faithfully used this product twice a day for several weeks with no noticeable difference in my undereye bags. I wanted to love this serum and would have been a loyal customer had I seen any signs of reduced puffiness, but I did not. I use Neutragena moisterizer and love it!

I was looking forward to trying this for my dark circles. It didn't work for me.

Absolutely no results. It burns my face for a few minutes after adding it. It also makes the area look lie a grease factory. I absolutely would not reccomend using this product.

I don’t know if others have experienced this but after 2 weeks of use I’ve developed red raised bumps on the corners of my eyes as well as a rash around my nose. I haven’t changed anything else but this product over these past 2 weeks. Going to immediate shop using this.

I have very dry, sensitive under eye skin along with wrinkles and dark circles. This product did not work for me.Pros: Pump style is easy to use and control the amount of product you apply. Unscented (a must for me)Cons: Product is very thin, more like lotion than cream. After using for a few days, it caused my skin to dry out to the point it felt almost like sandpaper and wrinkles got worse. It took several days with a heavy moisturizer to reverse this.Bottom line, if you have very dry and sensitive under eye skin, I don’t recommend this product.

This stung my eyes. I used it as directed putting it under my eyes, not in my eyes. But as it soaks in, it stings, even after washing it off.Not recommended.

After using for a few months I saw no noticeable change in my underwear bags or wrinkles.
