I used too much as I was not seeing results and created an eyelid droops. Be careful how much you use. Apply as little as possible and only tap it in. But I ordered a different eye cream anyway as I did not notice any benefits from this one.

Normally in the past, I have been a fan of Neutrogena products. As far as the type of thing that you'd buy from a drug store, or a common brand of skin care, Neutrogena in my opinion has always produced some of the nicer products. I think they missed the mark with this one quite frankly. First and foremost, the ingredients list doesn't really strengthen the argument for Neutrogena at all. As a matter of fact, it almost seems like some of the main ingredients are fillers. I am someone with combination type skin, with an oilier t zone, and drier areas that surround my chin. For me, I found that this serum exacerbated the issue of the dryness that I face around my chin. I think that could be directly related to the denatured alcohol content of this serum. I also found that it didn't do a good job of balancing out my oilier areas either, and in some cases exacerbating that too. My experience from it was less than impressive. I have to say that I am rather surprised that Neutrogena came up with this product, and disappointed in the poor performance that it had, at least with my skin. I understand that in many ways that's subjective, and for different people they may achieve different results, but I can only give you the benefit of my experience. All in all, for me I'd rate it a pass on this product, by which I mean keep looking.

This formula didn't do anything for me. Instead of minimizing the puffiness, it emphasizes it. Made me look even more tired. I've stopped using it.

I like almost all the Neutrogena products I've tried in recent years and had high hope for this one, given the list of great ingredients: Arginine, multi peptides, Vit C & Panthenol, and free of fragrance - what more could a girl ask for?But it's so drying. A lot more fine lines showed up around my eyes after using it for a week. Over the months I had given it multiple attempts, even just on my cheeks, and each time I was just reminded of "oh, this is why I left it in the medicine cabinet"A PHA that's 5th in the ingredient list may be causing the dryness since it's an exfoliant. The PHA does have anti-aging benefits, but I just don't want to risk getting more wrinkles around the eyes.

I see no difference after using this product for weeks.

This product came recommended on a beauty blog, which is the only reason I bought it. It has unnecessary ingredients (artificial colors for example) and is not effective. My last eye cream (Clinique) did a great job at visibly smoothing lines and making the under-eye area look less puffy. This one has no visible effect at all. I guess it moisturizes but that's hard to assess. No scent, which is good. Goes on easily and dispenser (pump) works well. Would not recommend due to lack of effectiveness. I will go back to my last eye cream once this bottle is empty.

I had a allergic reaction, and I don’t normally do. It made my skin sag some more, idk why.

I cannor score a product that takes awhile to observe.

Arrived with lid barely attached. When opened there was no internal seal and appeared the product had been ‘squirted’ in. Not full as usual. Tossed. How could I be sure it had not been tampered with?
