This product doesn’t work, not bad for a moisturizer but it doesn’t do what it says!!

Order took forever to arrive and the cream is clumped

Used a whole bottle and no differences whatsoever

It was apparent that this product had been opened before. The jar was not full and was very lumpy. I love Neutrogena products, but I’m not going to use a jar that someone has used prior to me and then decided they didn’t like it.

I’ve heard great things about this product but I was VERY disappointed when I opened it upon arrival. There was no seal on the box and when I opened the bottle which felt too easy for something new I was shocked to see a ball of cream with fingerprints on both the cover seal and in the cream itself. Also my container wasn’t even half full. I’m not sure if I should return and reorder or just return. Others have had this same issue. If you look at the picture of the advertisement the jar looks full and rich and creamy.

I used this product exactly as they recommended, but after two months saw no improvement whatsoever!
