This is the second filter I got and is not working. water not flowing.

Drop filter is not as good as the Whirlpool filters were. My first Drop filter stopped up after only 4 months of use. Only 1 person uses the water and ice. The old filters would last 9 to 12 months. Drop filters are not worth buying.

Not the right connector for my fridge and the connectors may be messed up now to where they leak when a filter is disconnected. Do not rely solely on their fridge to filter matching service.

This filter does not click into place, almost but not quite. It looks almost identical and has the same part number, 4396841, but will not click in. The old blue one clicks right back in, perfect fit. They claim to be the oem replacement filter but they don't fit!

I bought the filter 3 in July and the refrigerator indicated changing the filter 1 month after installing. This is too expensive to not last but one month. I selected the 6 month subscription service and now I’m thinking of canceling!

My recent purchase of two of these filters has resulted in just a trickle of water making it to the dispenser and ice maker. With no filter, my flow rate is find. It easily takes me a minute per ounce of water. Something is quite wrong with the recent production of filters given the reviews.

Doesn’t dispense water after two filters. Works in bypass mode. I pushed and held in filter, the system works. The dimensions on the filter are off, so that’s why it’s not fully engaging to pressurize and dispense water.

made my ice maker line blow a leak because of the back pressure, now I had to replace the laminate

We have been buying this filter for our Jenn air fridge and we never had any issues installing it. When we had to replace our filter and purchased a multipack so we had some in stock, we had issues installing. It appears to not be going in all the way as it isn’t popping the button out and cause of that it creates a water leak outside of our fridge. We put the old one on and have no issues. We have purchased 4 of these filters to date thinking it must be a defected filter and no luck. We have gone almost a year without filtered water cause we just don’t know what to do anymore.

We bought this filter 3 months ago. We installed it and flushed out the water as instructed. It never worked. The water tasted terrible. It tasted like someone put their gym socks in it. It is like swamp water. We tried flushing it some more but it has never improved the water quality. We can have ice from our ice maker and have been buying ice instead....what a waste. Do not buy this! We are trying to find another filter but its been hard. We are still looking. Really disappointed.
