The install was easy. When the install was finished I ran the ice dispenser and it worked. I tried the water dispenser and it no longer worked. I removed and reinstalled the filter multiple times to no avail. I followed the manufacturer’s (Whirlpool) instructions to purge the line each time. Ice dispenser works just fine. We've used these filters for over 5 years. Our water and ice taste so much better with them. My only complaint is that the filter doesn't remove fluoride, which may be great for our teeth but not our bodies!
