Amazon is crazy. I just paid almost $200 for this unit and a couple days later it is on sale for $120? I am returning and buying another one. The unit is awesome. I loved cooking with it. Throwing frozen chicken, pork etc in it and dinner is ready shortly after. The grilling function was new to use, we had a regular air fryer before. Defiantly a great machine and works as described. We also did potatoes vegetables etc and they turned out great. We grilled with some oil and there was no smoke.

Works amazing well and fast, easy to clean in the dish washer. We stopped using our microwave or oven to reheat food. Also found some amazingly tasty recipes to cook in the airfryer

Product was easy to set up and use. Grills well, air fries better than any other product I’ve used. Does not smoke! Remember this does not mean it does not steam. Your apartment will still smell like the food you are cooking, but I’ve made steak on high heat and had ZERO smoke. KEEP THE HEAT GUARD CLEAN! The controls are easy and the recipe book has some very helpful charts. I suggest air frying some wings, you can’t go wrong! Really impressed with this product.

So I was minding my own business at work... and then there's this woman talking about her amazing dinner last night. I half listened but my ears perked up when I heard the words indoor grill... whaaa... she was just talking about a spatchcocked chicken. I know George Foreman can't do that. So I interrupt... back up, what about this "grill". Whoa. I love food. I prefer all the meats grilled. Seriously. I'm the one out in 3ft of snow firing up the grill. So when I moved recently and had to leave my flame grill behind, to say that I was heartbroken... yes. To say I was starving, yes. Woman cannot survive on lettuce alone. I immediately looked it up $$$$ yikes... I balked at the price tag for a few days, but dreamt about this nifty little kitchen appliance. So I did what any rational middle aged woman would do. I got lost in YouTube reviews for HOURS. Then I got it home. I instantly bought the dehydrator rack too because Biltong (look it up) OMG Karen... buy the dang thing. I haven't used my stove since. It does it all! French fries AND burgers in less than 20 minutes with 1 appliance, that doesn't pop grease or heat up the house. Yes ma'am. Steaks as good as Ruth's Chris? Hmm I wouldn't know, but I know my Ribeyes are perfect. Making Jerky is a new hobby of mine, this makes it easy. I can play with the temp or time and walk out the door, come home and boom.A cinch. My Hamilton Beach Grill broke and I noticed that the price of this model dropped significantly because Ninja came out with a newer model. As far as my old grill went, good riddance. It was great to use but so hard to clean. While the Ninja Foodi Grill is fun, versatile, and easy to clean. I love both the grill and air fry features but the Air fryer is the best. I can fry chicken, fish, french fries etc in minutes using hardly any cooking oil. Yesterday I air-fried a 4lb whole chicken and it came out juicy and delicious. The only downside is that if you do not have a lot of counter space for the unit, it is a bit heavy to move it from the top of the refrigerator (where I keep mine) or where ever you decide the store it each time you want to use it.

I've made so many dishes in the Ninja Foodir 5-1 grill and absolutely love it! The versatility of being able to grill, air crisp, roast, bake is what makes this a great investment. I enjoy making Cornish hens in the air fryer which always comes out moist and delicious. It does take up counter space if you don't have a big kitchen, my only concern. Other than that, great product!

Easy to follow instructions, brought us great tasting results. We grilled on it indoors January with comparable results to an outdoor grill in July.

I've had mine for about 3 or 4 years. All I know is once you learn to use it you will love it. I used my outdoor BBQ grill All the time. Now I use this. just keep it clean, clean the screen each time and it will last. I still use my outdoor grill. but for chicken wings or the occasional steak or chicken you can't go wrong. I bought another one but saw the price on this one and now I have two new ones for future use.
