To big and heavy

I dislike that the meat gets dry

Takes a lot of tries to get food done right

I like the way this cooks items but cleaning it is quite the chore. It would get more stars if it was easier to clean.

I gave this only 3 stars because no matter how well you clean it, it smokes!! It stinks up the house. If I could return it I would. Very disappointed.

We tried the air fryer and liked it. The grill was terrible! 5 minutes of grilling and smoke everywhere !!!!!

Supposed to come with how to use packet but only received one page. No recipes.

I like it for the convenience of grilling and air frying.

It was a wedding gift

It was not as easy to use as the smaller one. I am still attempting to adjust to the thermometer and how to use it.
