It was not easy to clean. I liked it for how well it cooked everything and quick it cooked. Because how hard it is to clean I have not used it in Months .

Doesn't live up to what I expected. Prepared a rib eye in it and was not happy with the result. The grill insert left nice grill marks but it just doesn't create enough heat to make a good caramelized steak.

We bought this last month and had to have it replaced withing two weeks of use. Just our luck we would get the one that has the broken fan. Seems to be a common issue with these things. Hopefully the new one coming in will work and we won't run into this fan issue.

I love how fast and easy to use this product is and food tastes great!

BE WARNED: The pro does not include all of the accessories advertised by ninja. I thought Amazon had the better price, but you are basically paying the extra $70 just for the probe (Not worth it). Buy direct for the extra $30 dollars and get all the extra accessories that would cost near $100 to buy individually. Amazon definitely disappointed here.

I followed guide to choose temp for food to be grilled. I ended up with my home smelling of smoke. Not sure I will use another time.

I am 75 and I find this a complicated thing to use ..to many steps before cooking and during cooking , i had to do all cooking following the books that came with it , so it was just too much for me. I did like how it cooked steaks tho but too costly a machine to just cook a steak. I dont hate it but I dont love it

I watched many YouTube videos on this appliance, it makes me question the validity of those posts. Many reviews online said it was smokeless, I tried it with lean meats, and a steak and every single time it has set off my buildings fire alarm system. It is simply too smoky to use in my condo, so I’ve used it on the porch which kind of defeats the purpose since I have a grill.

Grilling is much faster then it says just watch closely. Love air frying french fries there again it says 20 Minutes and 10 minutes was s enough. Love brats and hot dogs in it. Am sure more I Use it the better I will get

Works ok for a very small chicken, used it 6 times and temperature probe went out. Amazon delivered it to my door when I ordered it but Ninja required me to drive 100 miles round trip to ship it via Fedex, the good thing is I didn't have to take it to China where it came from
