I cooked a steak and it was ok! Did the same steak in a black&decker toaster over and did just as well for a lot less money.

Not sure I would of bought this had I known my house would smell like a greasy burger joint ,and it took about 10 min. To preheat making it not as quick as I thought ... but it does cook like advertised. If you don’t care about the smell and preheat time you might like this.

I ordered this because a friend said it was great. However, when I got it, it was very heavy and bulky and I had no room on my counters for it. It takes up quite a bit of space. After seeing it, I repacked it and returned it the same day. I never used it. If you have the counter space, I suppose it works well.

Cooking with hot air just doesn’t produce the taste you expect. Living in an apt and not being able to have a grill outside led me to make this purchase. Well, Frys are dry, steak and burgers just don’t taste the same cooked in this. I couldn’t imagine cooking chicken or pork. With all that said not at all satisfied with the Ninja Foodi. Wasn’t expecting a miracle but was hoping to get a good grill taste. Not with this. Went back to deep frying and cast iron skillet. Very disappointing!

Versatile ! Can cook meals quick and food would still be juicy. Roomy enough to cook for 2, 3 person portions. The flip up design is a winner over the drawer design. Updated: It was good while it last. Now broken after mere 6 months. "Shut lid" error! Very poor quality.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. It cooks things ok, but nothing near the rave review that I've read. So far I've grilled burgers, chicken and used the air fryer to make frozen french fries, fresh sweet potato fries and chicken tenders, The chicken tenders turned out the best, the others, just ok. I've hand washed the parts after each use and last night put them all into the dishwasher and they still have a greasy feel that I can't get off. I'm sorry that I spent the money.

Pretty disappointed. This is basically an air fryer with a grill pan. It’s not a grill at all. It doesn’t make grilled wings. It makes the wings exactly like my $50 air fryer does. It doesn’t have any bbq taste. The closest thing to a bbq taste is when you add more time so it burns the food a bit. Please save your money and just buy a cheap air fryer.

For a machine with such a small capacity, it is too big and heavy. Oh and it is expensive. Burgers I made on it tasted fine, but everyone agreed that the gas grill was substantially better. The french fries I made and cooked for the recommended time were way over done and did not taste like fries (like all air fryers I have used, they simply are not frying). Cannot see this machine justifying its hefty price or huge shelf capacity. It is easy to use and everything being washable in the dishwasher is nice. Will try a couple of more things, but likely sending it back.

So I get this thing and there’s no instruction booklet. No thermometer. No chefs cooking suggestions. So I look up online how to use it. I put some pork butt in it to roast and the thing won’t stay on. It keeps shutting off despite having plenty of time on the clock. I ended up having to move the pork butt to my cheap af Walmart toaster to finish the job. I sent it back and I’m so bummed because I really wanted it to work out.

I was taking this with me, along other stuff I got from Amazon as gifts for my family, trying to ease up things for this pandemic situation, and calculated the weight for my luggage with a weight error window for up to 5 lbs, but it was not enough, the product says it weights 14.5 lbs but it is 10 lbs over. Might not sounds as a big deal for some people, but for those who travel, it is very complicated calculate luggage weight which such a difference. Consider an extra luggage cost it is over $100...
