I liked the way it cooked, but if you have 2 or 3 items, you have to figure out what order to cook them because of cooking times. Then whatever you cook first has to sit and wait on other things. I cooked steak, french fries, and corn on the cob. I did fries first, then steak then corn. The cooking area is much smaller than you think after seeing it on TV.

I was pretty happy with this grill to begin with but after 3 months it just stopped working. It doesn't heat as before and as soon as I turn it on it starts smoking a lot...

I wanted to love this product, I did not and returned it. I used it a few times and was very disappointed. It was too big and worst, it smoked and set off my smoke detectors every time I used it. I tried keeping the stove fan on high, moving it to an open window with a portable fan on and even manually waving a towel to divert the smoke. Opening a window in the winter is not ideal. It just did not work well and I did not want to have to leave a window open, just to be able to use it. I will wait to the summer to grill outside! This was a waste of money for a very expensive item! Not worth the money!

Not worth the money as Not able to use as intended. Smoke up quickly so have to shut it off during the cooking process.

It arrived without any type of instructional or recipe booklet. It has scratches on the left side of the basket and something splattered inside of it towards the top. Supposedly this is a brand new purchase, but it looks used.

I loved the grill. Very easy to use and clean. Comes with with detailed instructions and a grill chart for different types of meat. The only thing Amazon sent me the wrong model. That's why it's I gave this review 2 stars instead of 5. I have received AG300 instead of AG301(I realized it when I was registering product for warranty). The difference is AG301 has dehydrator option. Not a deal breaker but still a good feature I thought I would have with this indoor grill. I have contacted Amazon's customer service and the only option they gave me is to return the item and get reimbursement. I am very busy person and I am stationed overseas on a small post. The nearest post office located a quarter mile away(I don't have POV) and has very limited hours of operation. I guess I am keeping this one after all.

We tried sandwiches, grilled cheese, salmon, chicken breast, baked potatoes, french fries, and steak. Of these, salmon and chicken breast were as good as on the grill, baked potatoes were the same as in the oven, and everything else was much worse than the oven/grill/etc. I am giving it two stars instead of one because it does actually do a good job with chicken breast and salmon, and it seems sturdy and well made, but this is way too much money and way too much counter space for such a limited gadget. We returned ours, and we were willing to pay a significant amount for shipping to get rid of it.

I had been looking to buy an air fryer, so when I read the reviews on this appliance and that it was an indoor grill too, I ordered it. The air fryer works okay and the steaks had a good favor, but this machine fills my house with so much smoke that it sets off the fire alarm even with my doors open. If I use it again, I will have to put it outside, so what's the point! This is probably the reason the price has been reduced in the stores. I do not recommend.

I was excited to get this product having worn out an air fryer. I also have a Mealthy Crisp lid which I love but wanted a larger cooking surface. I have been disappointed in grilling steaks. Although the steak appears to be medium rare, the outer surface tastes and feels dry. Since I had success with my air fryer, I next tried cooking steak in the air fryerm basket. Passable but not great. Next I cooked a 3 pound chuck roast. I put it on a low temperature and the meat was tender but the outer surface was dry and hard. I ended up putting the left overs in a soup. I plan to try chicken next and hoping it will do better.

Before you buy, note that the accessories are not covered by the warranty, only the main unit. The pot that goes in the bottom of the unit started losing its coating in less that a year. It is still usable but it looks bad. I contacted the company about it and was sent a link to buy a new pot. It looks like one of the other pieces is starting to chip as well. So if you don't mind replacing accessories each year, then this is a nice unit.
