Cooks well however it smokes and causes my smoke detectors to alert Reducing the temp does little. Cleaned throughly with minimal improvement. We now use it outside

This product works great I just wish it was easier to clean

Too small

Easy to clean, food is delicious. Hate it took me so long to get one.

This is great for grilling and air crisping, but, getting the air crisping basket clean from grease is very difficult. The grease seems to adhere to the corners and edges and won't come off even after soaking in hot water and dish washing detergent.

I made pot roast and it turned out good, even though smaller potatoes were overcooked. I love the ease of use, but it is loud!

It really does make cooking a lot more easier.

Received it today and it’s missing 2 parts. (grill grate and cleaning brush) had to call Shark/Ninja for replacement parts. It’s whatever. Problem resolved: manufacturer provided missing parts with 5 business days. thank you.

Like this little thing. 4 stars overall only because I wish it were bigger. Great for two people. Easy to use and clean. Does what is stated. I recommend it!
