These are really nice and adjustable. They don't stay in place so they have to be readjusted during the night. They do provide good support though.

I was pleasantly surprised with the results of this pillow. First, I am 6'3 and weigh 338 lbs, so my size affects everything. Secondly, a car accident ruptured 3 discs in my lower back and after 2 back surgeries, I'm up for double hip replacement starting in July. This pillow blew me away with how supportive it was. Every other pillow I've bought, my size has destroyed them but this one is holding up perfectly. When I go to sleep, I don't wake up in the middle of the night too readjust it. When I wake up, there's very little difference in the pillows shape. Of course it stinks a little because if my weight but I'm able to sleep comfortably again. And if you've been losing sleep, you know how important trying comfortably is. I highly recommend this pillow if you're having problems after surgery or dealing with back pain or lower body pain.

I see from a few reviews that some folks had a different experience, but I've found nothing to dislike so far. Each piece regained its full size within a few hours and I've not noticed any chemical smell. Provides the support and flexibility needed.

This pillow was perfect for enabling me to sleep upright after abdominal tummy tuck surgery. The pillow is east to adjust how upright you want to be on the bed or the couch. The pillow designed to go under your knees is the perfect height and very comfortable. The fabric is a very soft microfiber and the support is just right while still having the comfort of memory foam. There are numerous velcro straps making it easy to connect the small rounded pillow to the upright portion at different places for neck support. Also great for upright reading in bed. Does not scrunch down like a traditional armed back pillow. I would recommend this product!!

Trust me it’s perfect for a guy or gal in good shape or was young and had open heart surgery it’s perfect. The only way you can sleep in a bed and not a recliner all night.

So I have a horrible back. I been confined to sleeping in a recliner for the past few months due to agonizing back pain. I got this pillow set and besides the chemical smell that lasted a few hours I am pleased as punch with this purchase. It's firm enough for support while being soft enough to cushion your back for comfort.

This thing was essential in surviving my mommy makeover which I traveled out of state for. I was able to use the included vacuum bags and it fit in one side of my suitcase, and the other side was left for all my other clothes. It made staying in a hotel, laying in bed recovering for two weeks before I could go home totally doable. I didn’t need any additional pillows to prop myself up and was able to sleep no problem every night! Would recommend to anyone having a tummy tuck and/or breast augmentation!!!!!!

This was the widest Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow Set I could locate. It is extremely comfortable and the many configurations makes it easy to find many relaxing positions.
