The chemical smell is horrible. I'm had brain surgery and needed to keep my head above a certain angle. The angle is correct but the chemical smell is unacceptable. It took several days to get rid of the smell!

does not work ..i got this item for my daughter surgery for November 21-21 ...i just opened it and yes her doctors recommend it..not this one noooo !!!! she had chest surgery .. i open it to try to fix on her bed but it's to big i had to take of immediately!!! my daughter didn't touch it I can't use it and they won't let me return it because I bought it in October because they said they had three left!!! this is insane I did even use it I don't want it this one i need other one ..I should been able return it ...don't buy don't waste $ or time like i did i need one asap and i door early bc iam not made out of money ... and is it x-mas returning a little bit longer so I just got screwed over $150

The smell is not just bad, it's awful! It smells like old sea food. As soon as you walk into the room, you can smell this seafood/chemical smell. The rubbery bottom of the pillows is so stinky that I had to pull them out of the bedroom. I put them in the livingroom to air out and the smell is just as strong a day later. Unlikely this smell will "air out." Maybe they need to be washed?

Velcro missing on back pillow so cannot keep head pillow in place

This seemed like a great product. The memory foam has a good feel and the velvet cover is very soft. But the chemical smell is so strong it gives you a headache. I will be returning this.

I only received a portion of the product- half of the pieces are missing.

Way too firm and constantly slips backward. If it wasn't too late I would return it (it was a gift and I just found out). The velcro parts are pretty useless. They gave it to me to try for a week and I feel bad for gifting it.
