You can adjust it to the perfect angle, and sleep comfortably in an upright position. The neck support is just right as well. When you couple it with the leg support, it makes recovery from surgery much easier. You'll just need some place to put when not in use as its pretty sizable.

Pretty sure I have some degree of apnea, but I'm also broke. This was my last ditch effort to get me some rest before putting myself in debt to get a sleep study. Opening it was easy, and I did notice some of the chemical smell others have noted. It was not pleasant, but I had to bury my nose in the pillow to smell it. Faded a couple days later. First time I used it, I felt alive again. Within a week I stopped having to fight to stay awake at work, and within 2 weeks I stopped having to buy energy drinks. I feel amazing in the morning now, and my room mates have been sleeping a bit better due to me snoring much less, and much quieter. The only issue I encounter is I wake up with my neck and shoulders all tied up, but if I elevate my arms on a pillow that vanishes instantly too. Love these pillows, I cannot recomend them enough.
