Unable to move once placed on it. The material is not easy to slide around, which I guess could be good for some. And when I needed to return it because it didn't work for us I had no way of putting it back into the box that came because it came shrink-wrapped. So I had to pay $27 for a box because they wouldn't take it without the Box. Stupid

Update. After several more nights of use... I decided to return this. The return was easy as it could be... But, be aware, that one will never get the four pillows back in the same box it was packaged in. Instead I used the vacuum bags that came with the product, deflated as much as I could and put that in the big box, the smaller box came in. Oh those vacuum bags don’t stay deflated... I let it decompress and air out, the smell was just a chemical smell. I have tried to use this, the last couple of nights, in different configurations, but I just can’t get comfortable with it. I had hopes that it would let me sleep , without waking up with pain. I have spinal stenosis in my lumbar area and it is worse on the left side. When I assembled it and got the knee cushion under my knees, I felt squished up..finally after a couple of nights, I have given up for now.. the small pillow is great for my knees.. my couch isn’t wide enough to try there. If I get on the floor, it is hard to get back up because of the back pain. Not sure why it isn’t helping me, based on the review.. but it isn’t doing anything for me, but make me frustrated.

I read in bed several hours at night. Traditional reading pillows cause back pain, and so does this. So disappointed. I di NOT notice any smell, however. I will keep trying to reposition, just wish there had been a printed chart or tips for positioning.

I've hardly changed the position of this pillow and it's unraveling already. It's supportive but it's coming apart fast.

Not all memory foam is created equal, I get they were trying to give support to the body but honestly I woke up with kinks in my neck and pain on my calves - it may work for some but for me it was a waste of almost 200 bucks,...

Bought this for my mom who has frequent back pain. Both of us tested it out and came to the same conclusion: It's a rock with a cover. Return and customer service were good tho.

I ordered this product to increase sleep comfort following surgery. The product arrived in a reasonable time-frame and in good condition. I did not experience any of the odor problems that others have noted. All-in-all, the product performed well for the purpose intended. My issue is not with the quality of the wedge pillow set per-se, but rather with the company's customer service -- or rather the complete absence thereof. I had wanted to obtain a duplicate set of removeable/washable covers so that I could cycle covers between the laundry and use. However, there was no company or customer service address, phone number, or website provided. There was a customer service email address printed on the side of the box. However, I received no acknowledgement or response to the emails that I sent to this address. Frankly, I would not have made this purchase if I had known that the customer service was this poor.

I really wanted to like this product for my back and to elevate my knees. It had a strong odor out of the bag. It is also pretty still and uncomfortable.

So I've had this 24hrs and it is smaller than pictured - most notably the leg wedge. There are at least 2.5 inches of fabric material that is not filled by the foam pillow. At first, I thought it was due to air pack compression (for mailing) but it is not. The pillow/foam is definitely smaller than the fabric cover. See pic - but the pic doesn't really give a good impression of how much it's lacking - at least compared to the advertised marketing picture of the item. So if you are looking to evaluate your legs/feet, you'd be better off using your own pillow. The manufacture pic shows the leg wedge to be 7.7 and that's just the fabric - again, see pic. The back support is better but I still think the picture makes it seem like you are getting substantial pillow support but the small head/neck pillow is also deceptively pictured. It is smaller and thinner - you're not getting that sense of bulk but it does provide support. I can live with the back support as it is shipped - I want/paid for a better leg support wedge I imagine. Buyer beware. Do not recommend buying online

The media could not be loaded. I bought this back in August so by now I have a good perspective. Let me start by saying I need this type of pillow to solve two issues I had. 1. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and would stop breathing while sleeping. I wanted to try different methods before committing to a machine. 2. I have spinal stenosis in my lumbar and cervical areas and needed the support for comfortable sleep. Stacking pillows was not enough anymore and the pain and lack of breathing kept me up. I desperately got this set to help and I felt relief for the first couple of weeks. I used the pillow attachment and triangle leg rest and it provided support while I re-trained myself to lay my back. Then I noticed arm and neck stiffness. The memory foam doesn’t support, it’s super hard. I took the extra pillow off and replaced it with my own, while keeping the big main support pillows with the triangle leg support. I noticed the large teardrop pillow would slide up while I slept cause me to wake up since I couldn’t breathe properly. I would wake 2-4 times a night to readjust the pillow back down. And in the night I can hear the pillow slide with the under pillow as it goes up and away from me, since there’s small grip bubbles that are on the bottom of the big teardrop pillow and the small triangular” pillow trying to keep it in place. I’m going to get back surgery and trying to remedy my sleep apnea in other methods to go back to sleeping on normal pillows. I would call this just a short term fix, or else you will lose even more sleep than you did before.
