Bought the hat for my husband who lovessss fishing! This hat gives him perfect protection from the sun because even all the sunblock in the world can’t work when you’re out on the river casting over and over again. He loves it, great color and a great quality. Best part about it, the face cover is removable/adjustable, so it can be hand washed after a sweaty day. Also, it allows for the hat to be worn independently. Overall, a must have item if you’re an outdoorsy person like my hubby.

When it arrived I was starting to seal my rooftop with a baseball cap and small towel over my neck and was sweating a lot, then I use this and WOW what a difference how I feel the air circulating the top of my head and stop the sweat. Love the style and the material they use. Feels light but at the same feels like is very tough and durable. I highly recommend.

If you had to work in agriculture and spent 8 hours/day in the sun, this would be an essential piece of gear. I live in the Mojave desert but I'm not outside that long, esp in July and August. The face shield un-snaps and can be kept at hand, the rest of the shrouding prevents the neck, side and rear, from burning without being uncomfortably hot. There is a "vent" section of fabric that allows air to circulate. I've seen laborers in the fields in the US and elsewhere wearing wool ski masks, and this is surely an improvement on that. Not to start a political debate, but solar protection is more important now than ever before. This is vastly better than slathering face and neck with oily goo. Or a wool mask.

I love this hat. I had sone precancerous spots removed from my face so I wanted something to cover my face, in addition to sunscreen. I actually wear this hat with face shield when I float in out pool or swim laps (when it is just family) . I live in Texas, so its hot but this hat is light weight and breatable. I have washed it several times and still looks good. I look pretty goofy wearing it but it protects my face and allows me to enjoy my pool. I also use it for yard work.

Bought this hat a couple of years ago. Loved it then and love it even more now. Never thought I would end up using it to protect myself and others during a pandemic! At least I look great and stylish doing it. I always get stares and double takes when I go out for those essentials.

I purchased two different colors, having to order separately, for some unknown reason why???. Light weight and fits properly. Hopefully the sun protection is true for I do a lot of outside work. The hat's mask felt comfortable, but I don't believe it will be sufficient for blocking dust. Possibly using a dust mask outside the hat's mask will do the trick, as the dust masks can be irritating after a while. Good for the price.

I am a big hiker and live in a very sunny climate so I am always looking for ways to cover up. I have had all kinds of hiking hats. This one is lightweight and as comfy as these things get when you are wearing a hat. Very good coverage. Today I even ventured to use the face mask part as I was not wearing enough sunscreen. I wouldn't go looking for compliments on the fashion statement it makes, but if you are concerned about skin damage, this is a good choice. An added bonus is that you can go incognito, cause no one will ever recognize you :)

My husband needed a hat that would both keep the sun off his neck, and allow him to mow the lawn without getting dirt/pollen in his face. This hat fit perfectly and is light weight enough that it keeps him from sweating in the hot FL sun. The piece that goes across you mouth/nose is light weight and does it's job well. It is also adjustable so it fits him well. Great quality for the price

I recently went on a hike with my boyfriend and we both have different skintones. He is very pale and burns easily, and I am brown and tan quickly. Well, despite me not burning easy, I also don't want to age prematurely so I take good care of my skin and I'm hardly ever in the sun. We bought two of these caps and were pleasantly surprised by how airy it was even when we used the front cover. At the end of the day, he didn't burn and I didn't tan at all. I highly recommend this!

I got one of these for myself and one for my husband. We are outdoors a lot doing yard work , gardening, or cleaning up the fields on our property. We live in AL and it is hot during the summer. These hats are lightweight and protect us from the sun's harmful rays, especially using the neck attachment. The part that covers your face is great as well. I hate anything covering my nose and mouth that is tight, this is not and it does a great job at filtering the dust and grass.
