We bought this to use during lawn mowing with a zero turn. Husband has a big round head and this fit him good. He did say he wasn’t able to button the edges together but he was fine with it. The hat still covered his head and neck from the sun. We live in a very windy area and the hat never blew off. He used ear muffs over the hat with no issues. Material was soft and not thick. He recommends!

I have very fair skin and burn easily, so this hat was great. Especially liked that both the neck/ear flap and the face cover were easily removable. The neck/ear flaps worked well, and the hat is light weight and cool - doesn't make your head hot. I didn't use the face cover, but in the right situation I would have - in spite of the weird way it makes you look.

We look like a couple of unibombers, but this hat blocks the sun from our hair and faces. I'm allergic to sunblock, so I needed something. We kayak all the time, when the weather is nice. I bought the light one for me, and the darker brown for my husband. What can I say? They work. The only problem we have is that when it's cold, and we have the facegard pulled up, it can fog up our sunglasses, when the weather is cold.

Got for the hubby cuz for our mission trip to Ethiopia! He needed a good hat that covered his neck as well as his head in really hot weather. Looks a little silly but boy was it a lifesaver! He has a smaller skull so it was difficult to find a hat that fit him comfortably. This has was perfect because you could tighten the dome to make it fit! the front and back flaps are also removable so it can be worn as just a regular hat for times when not much protection is needed. Highly recommend and would buy again!!

I do native plant habitat restoration, which involves weeding full-time six months a year, often in hot sun. I bought this hat along with some others as a competitive trial. This is clearly the best of the group, as the full brim shades the neck flap so that it doesn't receive and trap as much heat. It is light, cool, and well-ventilated but apparently strong enough to withstand considerable wear. About the only thing I could wish for would be additional detachable sweat bands (I'm guessing 3 per hat).

I love this light weight complete coverage face, neck, ears, head complete coverage hat. I am adding a thin piece of velcro around the inside of the face mask so I will be able to add a removable HEPA filter mask around the mouth as the hat allows you to cinch it shut under the chin, thus making a good seal. I am very happy with this hat.

So like a dummy, I washed my old lawn hat. It was older and not all that great quality - and it came apart in the wash :( But then I found this fishing hat that I'm going to use for a lawn working hat & a fishing hat! What a find - this thing is absolutely awesome. So lightweight and well made. Fits well, and I love love love the detachable flaps. Already gave it a try for mowing and weed eating and it worked way better than my old hat. Great product - I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to keep the sun off your head, face and neck.

I bought this for my husband. He loves to fish 🎣 & to be outdoors but has to protect his skin from the sun. He ❤️ this hat, neck guard & face guard. He likes how light weight it is, breathable & it really provides the great sun protection.

I LOVE it. I purchased this product because it looked just like what I wanted, and the price was right. I am happy with the purchase. I read some of the reviews, as I have difficulty with hats - especially one size fits most and the like. Based on the reviews (all over the board on fit) I decided to take a chance. It fits perfectly, it is moderately adjustable, I was able to tighten it a bit. This made me very happy, as most hats I try, tend to be too small. The hat is light, with a decent size brim, and the attachments are great - super easy, and not very heaving. I am going to get a ton of use out of this hat on the trail, and on the water! I am glad that I read the reviews, but also took both sides into consideration.

I bought this because I have a skin condition and I cannot be in the sun for long. This definitely works for me and the good thing is that it doubles as a Shredder costume from the Ninja Turtles. This provides great sun coverage and I was able to stay outdoors for a few hours without any issues. When I don’t use the front face cover I just stuff it in the hat and it is still comfortable enough to wear. The hat and screens are all made of a light material so this is comfortable to wear.
