This product does not have a long distance with the pair. My wife tried to use this while we were exercising and it would not work while the phone was in her hip sack. She had to hold the phone close to her ear to work. Not a good product.

Unfortunately, they broke after 6 weeks of limited usage. the light turns on when I charge them, but the headphones won't turn on when theyre taken off of the charger. The battery never seemed to last as long as they mention in the description. Overall pretty unhappy.

I ordered these "sport" sound buds on Oct 11, 2017. I have used them 2-3X/week at the gym, mostly running or lifting weights. Sound quality has been fair. As of Mar 20, 2017, they're totally dead. No sound, despite recharging as recommended & no trauma or unusual use. Less than 6-month life is unacceptable. I highly recommend against buying this product.

These will not stay in the ear canal and you cannot hear any bass for that reason alone. I wish I would have gotten wireless headphones instead of these. Please respond and if anything I can return these for a refund. I really gave them a chance, but they're not what I expected at all. if I would have known I would have just bought wireless headphones, or wired earbuds from the get go. Please respond and let me know about returning these as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

First time I bought these, they died, I assumed it was a fluke. Not the case. Pair #2 dead within short time from purchase. Disappointing and frustrating.

I had high hopes for these Anker earbuds, but I am sorely disappointed. Unlike similar bluetooth earbuds I own, the Anker earbuds are terribly uncomfortable, even after adjusting the rubber earpieces, and the sound is "tinny", no bass frequencies at all.

This was my second pair of these wireless earbuds. I would have been OK with the mediocre sound quality because the price was low and they had the audio quality one would expect at that price point, but they just do not last at all. I mean, they are absolutely terrible. Unless you were born without sweat glands, if you choose to work out in these you can expect them to last a month or less, which is pretty ridiculous since they are marketed specifically for that purpose. I am extremely disappointed and am pretty much done with Anker earbuds.

I bought these as a replacement for the Anker Soundbuds Curve earbuds (that I loved so much) because the wire had started fraying. I’m extremely disappointed in the sound quality. They do not compare to the earlier model, Soundbuds Curve. No repositioning improves the sound, which goes beyond muffled to unlistenable. Older model sounded perfectly great even with the loudest vacuum cleaner going. A loud fan interferes with these. Volume doesn’t go nearly as loud as earlier model. Direct comparison was startling. Even listening to voice narration in audio books, which is very easy to make sound fine, is infuriating. Forget music. Like listening to a neighbor through a glass on the wall. The wire is also so short that you really can’t wear only one on your ear. You have no choice but to wear both, or you feel tugging on one ear and eventually the one falls out. If you ever do the one ear thing, which I do. Not a good replacement for Soundbuds Curve at ALL. I don’t recommend these at all.

UPDATE #2: Dropped from 2 star to 1 star due to earbuds stopped working just 2 months past the warranty expiration. The new headphones worked great, but only for 20months. Suddenly no sound out of the right earbud. I tried all the suggestions, cleaning, hard reset, nothing worked. Really liked these buds, but can't recommend them if they can't even last 2 years with a decent amount of use. UPDATE: After my initial 2-star review (below) Anker customer service contacted me with some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the drops and skips. After that did not work, they shipped me a 2nd set to try. Unfortunately the 2nd set performed a bit worse than the first. I believe that these headphones simply have poor BT range and/or poor BT receive power, so any obstructions or distance from phone more then 3ft or so cause connection problems. Ultimately they have refunded my money since the headphones have not performed as expected, and their Customer Service is 5 star. But due to 2 sets of headphones that don't work as advertised and have very poor range and repeated connection drops, I have updated my review and thought of dropping to 1 star due to this poor performance, but will leave it at 2-stars for the exceptional customer service. I love everything else about the earbuds, but wish the BT performance was as good as their customer service. ------------------------------------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW (2-star) Quality seems good so far, and they are comfortable, but range seems to be pretty poor. Have tried phone in pocket, phone in waist belt, and phone in a water bottle holder and can't find a good solution to get 100% no drops in music. Was expecting better based on what I had read prior to purchase.

Update: they no longer turn on. Blue indicates they are fully charged. But will not power up. Had less than 2 months. This is the 3rd pair of these I’ve owned. The first pair got washed with my running shorts. The second pair developed the same issue as others- left side stopped producing sound. I tried a different pair from a different brand and immediately regretted it. I went back to these, given the price point I deemed it worthy of a second chance. They have great sound and once you get the buds and strapp adjusted properly they are very comfortable.
