Awesome headphones that don't fall out of my ears when I run. The sound quality is crisp and has a nice bass to it. Anker also has wonderful customer service. I've purchased many products from them over the years and they have replaced several things for me if it has any hiccups.

The best active headphones I have ever used. I run and bike, while chewing gum. With other Bluetooth headphones I've had I would have to readjust the headphones constantly, but not with these Anker Soundbuds. The sound is great, battery life is phenomenal and they stay perfectly in place. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I bought another set of Anker soundbuds, and I wasn't satisfied with them, but you know what they made everything right not only did I get an upgrade their staff was amazing in handling any issue I had with my previous headset thank you Anker for taking care of me. It just shows in their customer service that they care about you the customer and I can only be thankful that there is a company out here that does care about the end user experience.

I might edit this later, but I might not get around to it unless I write this now. In short, these are by far my favorite headphones I've ever tried. They sit comfortably in my ears without coming out, and there's no cable to fall down and catch anything. This makes them ideal for most any situation, but especially exercising. I haven't found single other brand or style that hasn't given me trouble while exercising. They don't sacrifice in terms of battery life or sound quality either. Where Anker really shines though is their customer service. I've bought a significant number of Anker products, and I'd heard a lot about their customer service. Unfortunately, a few pairs of the Soundbuds Sport that I've owned have had technical issues, but this has given me the opportunity to finally try their legendary customer service, and it is easily all it's cracked up to be. They always respond quickly, and are eager to help me with any issues I have. The process they go through to request a refund or replacement is clear and seamless. I have never interacted with a better customer support team before. Even in light of the few hiccups I've had with these particular headphones, I would still recommend them (and Anker, in general) every time.

I bought these a year ago for black Friday 2017. They have been great. Great battery life, sound, and connect right away (I've used both IOS and Android). I run 20 to 40 miles a week with them. They don't bounce, and I've certainly tested the waterproofing ability between sweat and sometimes running in the rain. Anyways, about a week ago they stopped working. I thought to myself oh well, I got my money's worth, and actually ended up buying them again (black Friday 2018 deal). A couple days later I figured I would email customer service to see if they had any kind of warranty. The answer was yes, I think 18 months, I sent them a picture, and a couple days later I got a brand new box. I think I will be gifting the new box that I purchased... Couldn't be happier, and I would definitely recommend them.

I generally don't buy or wear ear buds. The dang things constantly fall out of my ears no matter what I do. Maybe I have odd ear canals, or maybe I just could never figure it out. Years ago they showed the iPod commercials with those silhouettes jumping and jiving and I'm like "Those SOBs are glued in. No way they stay in." Then I saw people jogging, biking, or at the gym, with their ear buds staying in place. So I tried a couple other pairs and even spent $40 or so on a nice-ish set. Because I wanted music while I was moving! No matter what technique, no matter what size rubber thingy, they fell out just walking. Heck, if I drank from a straw, the little movement from swallowing would dislodge one or both in a matter of seconds. So, fast forward to, maybe 2012. I picked up the Motorola (remember when they were cool?!) S10-HD, refurbished, since they were cheap on woot. Well, they stayed in. Mostly because it was like running, biking, whatevering with a stethoscope in your ears that's a couple sizes too small. They didn't go anywhere, but they did create medium to heavy bruising in your ear canal if you wore them for more than 5 minutes at a time. After that I gave up completely on all things earbud. But I also got sick of wearing my giant ANC headphones when doing yard work.. And they got very sweaty and gross very quickly. I knew it was only a matter of time before mowing the lawn destroyed my precious coworker conversation cancelation devices.. I took the plunge. The plunge paid off. I'm no audiophile, but these sound pretty dang good. And they STAY IN MY EARS WHEN I DO STUFF. Without perforating my ear drum and snapping the incus!
