Not Audiophile Quality, But Great for the Price.

Sound Quality: If you're looking for sport headphones with solid bass, these are not the headphones for you. If you want headphones with solid volume that can get loud enough to get you motivated during a workout, they're great for the price. Just a note that sometimes you do have to test out the three different sizes of ear buds to get the right fit for the best sound. Bass is the only thing that I miss really. Product Construction & Durability: The band is a solid rubber with the headphone casing itself being a hard plastic. I'm guessing mainly for the water resistance. I decided to test them out and see how resistant they were, and showered with them on a few times. No issue and still work fine, though I would not recommend you do this due to it not being completely water proof. Product Fit: With the black rubber strapped to the headphone band itself, you can adjust it for a firmer grip on your head. It seems like a simple design that wouldn't do much, but it works great. I've been on the treadmill with it, and I've had them on while using a push mower and zero-turn lawn mower. Definitely a good fit, though sometimes you have to push the headphones into your ears a bit more to get the best sound after a while. Also after about an hour and a half of use, they do start to get a little uncomfortable. Bluetooth Connectivity: The connection with these I have is great. Once you've pared them with your device, all you need to do the next time you use them is turn them on, and they connect within seconds. Range wise I've been close to 20ft away and still had a connection. When showering my phone would be at least 8ft away from me while listening to music with no cut off. Over All: For the price, they're great headphones. If you're an audiophile do not expect amazing sound quality, but for use while exercising or working, these are a great buy.

I've had this less than one month and already the left earbud has lost a lot of volume rendering it nearly useless. To add insult to injury

Edit: given the problems I had my prior review, Anker contacted me to rectify the issues. I was offered a new pair, but declined, so they gave me a complete refund instead. A+ for customer service. I've had this less than one month and already the left earbud has lost a lot of volume rendering it nearly useless. To add insult to injury, 10 minutes ago, they went dead because they ran out of batteries. It was nearly at a full charge according to the battery indicator. So yeah, the battery indicator is useless too. I hear so many good things about Anker and their quality and reliability but so far with my experience, this has disappointingly not been the case.

Definitely worth $40, my 2nd one. Works well except for the short run time.

I have 2 sets and can state that contrary to the listing, they DO NOT have any type of sound cancelation. After hundreds of hours of use, they still work fine and if anything, the battery life has improved. I've tried ear buds from $20 to over $200 and these are the only ones that stay in my ears. Comfortable too. Yes I've tried all the different sized inserts, perhaps my problem is due to the shape of my ears. 4-stars as the battery run time is rather short, only about half of what I get from another brand which I no longer use. Would pay double for a sound cancelling version, especially if it had more battery life. I only get about 2.5-3 hours hence this is my second one so I can rotate between use with one on the (Anker) charger. They sync quickly to my ASUS Android phone and my Samsung Chromebook Pro, something that is not true of my other Bluetooth devices. FYI: the charge time seems to be about the same as the run time. I.E. use it for an hour and it takes about an hour to fully recharge. For charging, I use Anker 6 port 65 watt chargers. We have several of these placed around the house and for travel. Why several, my ordering mistake. Bought one and liked it so ordered another. But made a mistake and accidentally ordered 4. Decided to keep them for the convenience. Use them with ASUS phone, iPhone, iPad, Bluetooth earbuds, Bluetooth headphones and Samsung Chromebook Pro. They also worked with a Microsoft Surface Pro though the charge time was about double that of the Microsoft charger.
