I never got it to even turn on. Charger didn't work

I guess I am the only fool, who didn’t know that any MacBook made by Apple in 2012 or before is obsolete and so they cannot be updated anymore.

I recieved a scratched up laptop, and dirty charger that doesn’t work lol

Battery life is definitely not good and it has no touch screen.. laptop crashed after using it for a month. Not sure If I would recommend.

Don’t get me wrong, it works fine for what I need, but it dies really quickly, and I constantly find it freezing up while I’m trying to work.

Got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Took it straight to my computer tech that has always handled all of my computer needs. He sets them up and goes through the initial start up. He said this was so incredibly slow he had to replace the hard drive to even get it to work. I got a good price when I purchased it but had to spend another $250 to get it to work. If it wouldn't have been for Christmas I would have sent it back and purchased elsewhere. After going through all of that it has seemed to be an ok system. Probably won't be purchasing from this seller in the future.
