Product was refurbished-looked great. Was older than I expected and would not take updates! Amazon faithfully returned payment.

I bought this specifically to play a few games I have. Sadly they don’t work on apple products for some odd reason..

It’s a great laptop but a little bit heavy. It’s running well, fast and has lots of good apps that I got from Apple store

It’s a very great product! it works amazing! it was slow at first but once i’ve updated it it’s like brand new! one concern that i have is that the laptop gets warm and on my 2015 macbook air that my district gave me, it doesn’t get warm much at all

I feel awful for those in the comments that actually had something wrong with theirs :( but my purchase was completely fine and the computer itself is absolutely beautiful. The features it has is plentiful for my need of online college classes.

Just as described! No damage and runs smooth and fast. Only problem is the battery is draining pretty quickly. Other than that, great deal!

I bought UT for my Radio Station platform. It works fine. I didn't realize it did have a cd rom but it's OK. It was like new. The four little tabs they had on the bottom didn't stay on it but I don't have any complaints. I would buy from the seller again
