This was the worst curling iron I’ve ever used. Pulled at my hair on every pass and the temp control dial kept turning every time I set it down changing the temp too cool or too hot. Do not buy. I’ve used hot tools before and was never this disappointed.

Bad design! Heat temp lowers each time you turn the iron to curl your hair. The dial is at the very bottom and each turn moves the dial. Also hinge squeak every time you open it clamp hair - not smooth when moving hair through it to start curling either. I returned after first use because I could tell this would literally want to me hurl it against the wall, and a refund is better than broken pieces. Back on the iron hunt I go …
