The pro of this curling iron is that it heats up VERY fast. The con is that the design is so flawed. The heat dial is al the bottom of the iron, so when I go to turn it… I accidentally twist the heat dial almost every time. I will be returning it.

4 days out of warranty and the coating is peeling off the curling iron. Waiting on customer service but would not repurchase.

Seems to heat up ok. Absolutely hate the "handle" to hold down the hair. It gets way too hot and hard to hold with your fingers. Arrived in a smashed box. The box had been opened and the bag the item was in was also opened. We shall see how long it lasts. Was it returned because it did not work properly?
