By far, the best shaver I've ever used is the Braun 340 and I have sensitive skin. So smooth and works so good with shave gel or foam.

I have been using Braun shavers for 20+ years and this is by far the best I have every owned. Does everything very well. Shaves very close, even a two or three day beard. I use mine dry and it works great. Great for all parts of face. When it wears out, I will get another one like it.

Used a rotary shaver for at least 30 years. When it came time for a replacement I debated over the rotary or the Braun. Stuck with the rotary and that was 1½ years ago. I never got a close shave with it. I replaced it with the Braun 3 a little over a month ago and what a difference. Even the next morning my face is smoother than it was right after a shave with the rotary. Easy to clean, no muss, no fuss, only a really good shave.

As a long time Remington user, mine came apart and frankly after getting a Series 3-340s, I wished it had died earlier. What a world apart the Braun and Remington are. Not even close. The Braun is super smooth saving, no irratation and shaves closer than the Remington. Built better, the list goes on and on. For the price, I'll never use another.

This was a gift to him and he is happy with it. He does not like a lot buttons or gadgets. He likes the shave without it including a lot of non-essential options.

First time I ever used electric shaver and it is great. It gets a close shave and no bumps that I got with blades.

Great buy, just followed the instructions on a couple of videos in YouTube and as explained; give it a few weeks to learn how to properly shave with it. Its been like a month since I started using almost daily and getting great shaves. I calculate the cost of my blades from my old razor and shaving cream, its going to pay for itself in about a year and a half. Just remember to buy a bottle of Williams Lectric Shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it's a greater product. It is a vary close shave. And no irritation of the skin like most electric shavers. And it's water proof you can use it in the shower not plugged in of corse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say wow! This electric is a major upgrade from my Philips. I used it on a three day old beard to see how it could handle some hair and it did very well. Left me smooth and clear, the wife loved my face afterwards. What I didn't like though, was that I kind of had to go over some spots more than once. On the box it says the charge is supposed to last quite a bit of time so I guess I'll wait and see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Braun Series 3-3040 to try for free from Braun and I was very impressed with it from the very beginning. It shaves like a straight razor, I've been using an electric razor (another Braun!) for 15 years and this is the closest shave I've had. I love that it can be used wet or dry and it is so easy to clean as there is no cleaning solution required. Also, it accidentally fell out of the cabinet soon after I received it and it still works great! The only thing I've had to adjust to is due to the double blades it can sometimes be hard to guide the bottom razor, so you kind of have to guess and hope you aren't going into your beard. I'm definitely sold on Braun and will continue to use their products.
