After using it a couple of times, not stressing it or anything I tried to use it one day and I realized the motor was moving but the tip was not. The internal gears were broken. Also, the metal casing is quite rough and I didn't like it. I had a full refund from the vendor, so at least I can say it is safe to try.

Not powerful enough, the part where to tool goes into the middle is flimsy

Neat little tool and nice case. Here’s what I don’t like about it.It’s weak. I often need another screwdriver to loosen screws. This just doesn’t have enough oomph at any setting.Magnetic bits. They’re not magnetized out of the box. There’s a section of the case that magnetizes the bits. You gotta rub the bit on that section to magnetize it. Kinda like rubbing your feet on carpet to make static electricity.Seems kinda stupid that they’re not magnetized like other bits I have.

I really loved using this and used it for a year until it stopped working late December due to the gears being stripped. No way to repair it at all. Super disappointed. It also never came with a charging cable so I had to use one I had for my phone.

I like that it was a compact and organized little screwdriver but I don't like about it is the fact that I use the three times and it f****** broke on me and now I can't do anything about it

Ordered 2 of the same product, they even have the same name on them "Fanttik NEX E1 Pro" (see photos). One of them has a light built in while one does not. Shouldn't these 2 products be the same?

This little screw driver is sleek and sexy, but it’s lacking in power. I’ve had it for over a year now and haven’t been able to unscrew a single screw in that time, turbo or normal power, no dice.

I thought this would be a good idea to have a powered screwdriver with multiple heads with magnetization. this is so small; you can't use it for regular sized screws. It's much better suited for eyeglasses. But those little kits for eyeglasses only cost a couple of dollars. this was a BIG ripoff for such a tiny item. Very disappointed

I bought this to help me with building my new computer, it was working good at first and i could get into all the tight spots, after a couple screws into screwing in the cooler i heard it stutter and then it stopped working. i plugged it in for a couple hours and it sounded like it was spinning when i tried to turn it on, but when i put a drill bit in it, it didn’t spin at all. I’m pretty sure it’s completely broken now + no way to open it up to try to fix it.

Broke after trying to remove a rusty screw. I added force, but not an unreasonable amount. It broke. It appears to be very delicate. Other than this it seems to be mostly high quality.
