It works pretty good but it doesn’t have a lot of power. Also a side note the switching from low to high power doesn’t make a difference. It’s all the same. I tried to unscrew a screw on my computer and it didn’t even do anything. For a minute I though it was broken.

The media could not be loaded.  Not sure if I receive a defective unit. But the rotating mechanism is wobbly on mine. It makes the bits wobbly when being rotated.Edit: seller reached out and sent an replacement which works ok. Updating for customer service.

After using it a couple of times, not stressing it or anything I tried to use it one day and I realized the motor was moving but the tip was not. The internal gears were broken. Also, the metal casing is quite rough and I didn't like it. I had a full refund from the vendor, so at least I can say it is safe to try.
