I purchased this item to start a baking. I used it for the first time. It was working just find and all of a sudden it shut off and stopped working. I tried plugging it in different places just incase a brake shut down where I had it and it still didnt work. Then I let it rest for about an hour and that didnt help either. I am so diappointed becuase it is absolutely the perfect size and isnt noisy but guess its not the best quality after all. Going to target tomorrow to get a return.

Package with mixer arrived today 7/9/18. Upon unpacking found no mixing bowl or beaters.

Worked for about 3 weeks stopped. Don't buy.

Too tight

Item is smaller than expected but works well

Have not used mixer yet, but listing says accessories are dishwasher safe; however, booklet that came with mixer says beater, whisk and blade are not dishwasher safe. ☹️

No matter what the description says this thing has two speeds: off and spray the stuff in the bowl all over the counter. There is nothing in between. It does mix but hold a towel over the bowel to try and keep the over spray to a minimum.

THIS MIXER IS THE MOST CUMBERSOME, LARGE BUT NOT SOLID, POORLY BUILT KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I HAVE EVER OWNED. I WAS TRAVELING LAST YEAR SO AFTER ABOUT 5 USES (!!!!!!) IT STOPPED WORKING. I WROTE TO THE COMPANY AND RECEIVED A NOTE THAT AFTER 3 MONTHS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUCH POOR QUALITY YOU HAVE MUCH BETTER CHOICES ON THE MARKET.

Why did I buy it? Because the Kitchenaid was too expensive. The draw to the Costway was the powerful motor that exceeded the Kitchenaid depending on the model compared to. It worked OK for awhile but I won't go into the pros and cons because there's no point when it just up and broke on me. It just stopped running and won't turn on anymore. The bottom line is that this mixer is unreliable and a terrible way to try to save money.

I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so I give myself one star for not following my own rules. This mixer is so lightweight, should have been setting off bells in my head when I unpacked it, but alas, I still tried to make a small loaf of bread. I used it to knead the dough, and it did it, struggling as it was. The next time I went to use it, it wouldn't even turn on. It also was quite noisy considering the low speed I was using.
