these are basic but very sturdy and with removable weights to go up or down in resistance. Highly recommend.

These are a bit uncomfortable and I've even bruised myself with them. They need more padding on the inside as there is NONE it's just polyester and plastic sand filled bags against you. I do like that they can be used on both ankles and wrists but if you're using them on your wrist I suggest using both D-rings on both straps. If you don't the first ring could slip under and cause discomfort. If you have large ankles I suggest positioning the rings over the inner bone so they don't dig in. It's hard to find a good balance in adjusting the straps. Too loose and they shift and too tight restricts movement. A layer of foam padding and silicone strips to keep them from moving would be a tremendous help.

Wearing these while doing leg lifts has been helpful to my legs and core, but the straps are rather short, and I have swollen ankles from a chronic condition, rendering the straps useless. So I use these draped oddly on top of my feet, which is neither ideally comfortable nor convenient. Still, a positive review because this problem is kind of my fault.

I am a homecare PT and this ankle weights being adjustable means I don't have to bring multiple sets with varrying weights with me. Removal of inserts is easy but it's a pain to put them back inside the minipackets should you need a heavier weight. As for comfort, so far I haven't had any complaints of it being uncomfortable. The material also dries easily, I just wipe the weights down with sanicloth and they'd be nice and dry by the time I get to my next client. I like that it comes with a wrap around velcro, it can accomodate any ankle size, however, sometimes, removing it can be a challenge. Overall, the quality is good. Andyes, I do recommend it.

If you can afford the metal plate ones get them, these are bulky, but good for the price.

Just wish that it was easier to wear them on my arms without them falling off if I relax my arm. Also can be a bit painful to wear at certain angles but a little trial and error makes the fit decent

Overall these are good. They have great Velcro and it’s pretty long to fit most people. They aren’t the most comfortable on the ankle so I wear thick socks and it’s fine that way. It’s easy to remove the sand bags but getting them back in is nearly impossible.
