This printer drops from the network all the time I have to power it off and back on when I want to print something. It is just that bad and Im upset with HP making this kind of trash. Please do not buy this printer at all it will give you nightmares.

If you print a lot this is not the printer for you. It takes forever to print 10 pages, let alone more, if you want to print on both sides, you have to do it manually; personally, I think every printer should be able to print on both sides without it being done manually. It works when it wants to. I regret buying it without further research.

Slow to print, and came damaged

One of the worst printers. I have own serval HP printers but this one was such a problem to setup and wasted so much ink. I am not stuck with it since it’s outside the return window. Not worth the money, even if it on sale.

I have never been so frustrated with a printer in my life. I'm tech savy, but working with the internet connection on this was a nightmare. Even after I set it up properly and was able to print, I'd have to manually reconnect it to the internet each time the connection was interrupted. I would not buy again.

This is the worst when setting up - it let me set up on my cell phone but won’t read on my conputer.

Don’t buy anything HP related to printers. Look up the instant ink scam before you ever sign up for it as well! Save your wallet and your sanity. If you need an inkjet printer go buy one of those ecotank printers or a laser printer. Printer ink should never be close to the cost of gold.

This printer sucks, sorry it does. I’ve had it for a year and am CONSTANTLY having connection issues, it not wanting to print, me having to unplug it and plug it back in on a daily basis. Nice for the price range sure but don’t expect to be able to print out more than 2 pages a day. Mine spazzed out when I tried to print 5 pages, all the lights went on. Good for the first year and that’s it.

Does not stay connected to internet! I called tech support on and off for a month and just found out that cox cable router will not stay connected to the printer

I’ve had this printer for less than 1 years and it disconnects from WIFI ALL THE TIME. It takes hours of dealing with thick tech support accents to get it back on … and today … it did it again and what do you know my serial number is “incorrect” (you need this to contact tech support). It’s a pretty cheap printer/scanner in one but I am throwing it in the dumpster right now!
