Worst printer in existence, nothing but issues from the start when I bought the thing. Save your money, buy a different brand.

Very bad product, only had problems with it, the ink finished in an instant, and now I'm trying to print a black and white bill and at third try (because even if its wi-fi it doesn't activate at the print button , I need to manually do it again and wait) it gives me some unintelligible blue writing, mostly logos are taking the whole paper space than blank...frustrating, I don't recommend!

Hard as ever to connect to Wifi, I love HP so this isnt about the brand as a whole, just about this printer! Its horrible!,

The printer take a lot of ink and it print slow. After 7 months it’s states offline completed and I was never able to fix the printer.

Ink doesn't last. Only prints about 50 pages before needing to be refilled. Jams easily. Doesn't connect directly to all devices- you have to go through the app a lot of the time.

Blows! You have to connect to Wi-Fi Every time you need to use, takes forever or 100,000,000 times to actually connect. Only has 4 buttons with no settings or help screen. It’s just TERRIBLE

Awful Jammed. Blocked. Paper misaligned. Can't connect to network. Can't troubleshoot on app

Less than 6 months old, won't print. All the lights flashing, tried every thing to get it going and nothing. Can't get any help from support.

Cartridges look damaged and don't work. I don't recommend this.

It is obnoxious to use. Takes forever to link to laptop and has a stupid process to connect. It will literally drive you so insane.
