Connecting it to the internet was a hassle not gonna lie. But once you do it it’s okay but you CANNOT PRINT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION!!!! Like why do I have to pay to print in my own house? For all that I could’ve just kept going outside to print. And getting ink before you run out? Yea that’s a joke. You run out then you get ink. Which defeats all purpose of the never run out before you run out.

Not what h.p. quality used to be. But I guess for the price it's ok. Not made for any volume printing or to copy

I bought this printer because my previous one bought on 2015 needs to be replaced and you can’t imagine how I missed it. This new printer needs to be restarted all the time because doesn't respond. If you need to print two sides you need to load the paper manually. I haven’t been able to download the software on my HP computer because for any reason when it Is downloading something happened that you need to do it again to print I have been using the Hp smart from my phone. In my opinion the worst printer ever.

No instructions can’t find online to hard to set up not a good product

I have really bad problem...the last lady who worked on it - cleaned __________ to make aa black line go away ... now comparing now to a back color sharp - good copy ( I'm working on printing a book...) it is awful - was in hospital for surgery past week now I'm home and better but weak - thought I'd call today. Does my printer have a warranty? U hve to fix it. Call me

Not worth the hastle to return. The printer does a pretty ok job when it works. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. I would think everything should work since it is now.

It prints beautifully when it works. Printer won't validate
