So sad that after been connected for a couple of hours it knocked off my WIFI I to unplug it will only connect when it needs to be used.

Printing on both sides of the paper requires manual intervention.

It’s an ok printer but doesn’t work nearly as well as I feel it should. It disconnects from the internet often. To print anything you have to switch the WiFi settings to direct with the printer verses your WiFi network. I wouldn’t recommend it.. it’sa lot of hassle for the cost.

Frustrating to setup, hard to load paper because the paper hopper is very poorly designed, printer frequently says it's out of paper when it's not. Returning this.

Doesn't print on both sides on its own. Paper load in the top, not a tray.

The printer runs out of ink too often and it jams a lot.

When it works-great. Really difficult to keep it connected to the system. Have to remove and reinstall often. First HP printer disappointed in.

As a scanner it really sucks. I can print. It's dumb as a post.

Wouldn't recommend, the HP Smart app that goes with it is hard to use.

This printer is far inferior to the previous Hp printer I had. It does not feed smoothly. The computer screen is the size of a tiny 1.5 inch pencil. No USB port means scanning control is through your PC. I have to reconnect it to wifi every other day and it takes about 20 minutes.
