[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had such a slow computer. I am sure it is do to the Intel processor, first one, and the last one I will own. AMD processors is all I owned, and thought I would try a Intel. I will never have another one !!

It's extremely slow printing and then double prints the stuff cause you have to resend it

This is a great “basic” all in one printer. I returned it because it was too slow compared to my last all in one. I also dislike the HP Smart application.

I bought this because my Office Jet Pro died. It's a step down, no question, but it is less $$ as well, so not a fair comparisonn. It does what I want. When it works. that is the problem. I have to continually 're-boot' the thing to get it to print

I don’t like that I have to unplug and plug in each time I want to use it. It’s inconvenient

it prints desent but is slow and when i change ink how do i align cartriges on usb printer is hooked up to

I bought this printer thinking I can scan from the to and not one by one paper and very slow to print

I like the look and features of this printer. Set-up requires various apps to be installed on your PC and was not intuitive. I still don't know how I did it, I just kept at it and restarting and such then finally it worked. I've printed ~ 100 pages, many of which were gray scale and I'm still out of ink. You're definitely paying for the lower priced device with ink.

Set up could be easier & figuring out how to use all the features has been challenging as well
