DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!!!!! The product details state 5.5-8.5 pages printed a minute. It took over 12 minutes to print ONE PAGE. Annoying yo set up and incredibly slow in printing not reasonable or functional by any means. Save your time and money.

Always having problems printing out pages. Sometimes it works but only prints out half the page and doesn’t finish the rest. Takes FOREVER to print. Extremely annoying

Should be easy to set up but it never works right.

This printer is trash, as all HP products seem to be. It never stays connected and needs to be completely setup every time you use it. Its a waste of money, find another brand.

It doesn't print well at all. Also, the ink dries out if not used for a few weeks. There are syncing issues with rows of pixels where some of the words will have a strange offset. Don't bother with this printer.

Nope, don’t waste your money. I work from home and I need a reliable printer and this one’s not it. It constantly wastes my ink because it’ll just decide to stop printing halfway and I have to start my print projects over. Currently looking for a better printer.

For some reason this printer spontaneously forgets my home wi-fi network between each use. This means that in order to use it I need to re-do the lengthy set-up process. This set-up process is also legthened by the fact that I also need to uninstall/reinstall the HP Smart app every time because the app does not allow you to forget a printer that is not currently connected to the network. This whole process is ridiculous, save your money and buy a functioning printer.

Top parts of the first line on every page is cut off. Also fades out on lines lower on the page. Would not recommend. It’s cheap but you get what you pay for. My old HP printer was great which is why I bought this one. Not even close in quality.

Horrible. Doesn’t print anything correctly. Wastes ink

There is truly nothing to like about this printer. All I need for a home printer is casual printing for things like tickets and return labels, and backup capability if I forget something at work, but this fails even under those limited needs. It is slow, flimsy, and large for what it does. The subscription ink gambit is bordering on a scam, but you know what you are getting into when you sign up. However, far and away the worst aspect of all its unacceptably poor print quality. I'm not sure if its a driver issue, a quality control issue, or just embarssing quality being accepted by an apathetic public, but this thing can't even properly reproduce margins and leaves lines and printer artifacts on everything it prints. Unfortunately I waited too long to set it up and my return window passed or I would never keep something so awful. After a few months of fiddling trying to make it less terrible I am finally cutting my losses and writing off HP for good.
